I was born in France, with Moroccan roots, spent few years in both countries before eventually making the U.S. my home.
That mix of cultures shaped how I see everything—food, lifestyle, what matters, and what doesn’t.
By day, I work in cybersecurity. It’s not a passion, but it’s something I’m good at—and I’ve learned to respect that. Not everything in life has to be a calling.
Outside of that, I’ve always been drawn to documenting life in my own way. I started posting on Instagram back in 2012, before it became what it is now. It was never about strategy—just sharing what I cared about: what I was wearing, what I was doing, what felt real in the moment.
Eventually, that thread became @dare_to_be_uncomfortable — a reminder that most of the things that changed my life required me to get uncomfortable first.
Consistency came and went. Life has a way of doing that
But the thread has always been the same:
I pay attention.
To what I eat.
To what I use.
To how I feel.
To what actually work
Journaling has always been part of that. So has working out, it’s non-negotiable for me, even if some seasons look different than others.
Medical Medium has also played a role in reinforcing a lot of what I already believed about health and healing. Not as a rulebook, but as something that pushed me deeper into choices I was already starting to make.
Dare, Darling is where all of that comes together.
I don’t have this all figured out.
This space is where I share that.
No fluff. Just what I’m learning, choosing, and figuring out as I go.
